Bedini monopol motor design,anyone tested?

Hi,
Im looking J.Bedini patents , i see 3  device(not window motor).
Any one tried  this monopole charger motor?

Many successful replications, also many failures.  The latter group are due to modifications made to the design.  One very interesting feature of these motors is their ability to restore badly sulfated lead acid batteries.  If you are seriously interested in building one I suggest you join the Bedini-Monopole3 group at Yahoo, read all the instructions and get busy building.  Like they tell you, build it exactly alike at first, and as you gain knowledge make your own modifications.
