i am glad to see others who can think out of the box.......lol so many are stuck
the unit i am working on has a constant 14 to 12 vac input seems not to matter what day
i tried the Tesla design without much success but i have learned if you use a full wave rect at the
antenna things start to happen. i have 12vdc which able to charge caps but low current, i was thinking maybe there is way to amplify the voltage before or after it enters the rect has anyone found this out also

Okay guys, I went back to basics and started with this video Tito posted:

It's simple to build, you just have to remember to use germanium diodes.

Both can be stepped up.
 
Tito has let us know he's discharging from caps into coils as part of the stepping up process. Next steps...

The 3 windings, should they be wound at the same time together, or 3 layers?

Also, of the 2 that make 1, are they wound in he same direction or opposite, if layers?
