I see a lot of talk, but no one has stated whether these plans will work or not. I have received an e-mail recently with "easy to follow plans", for 29 bucks and wondering whether or not it can be used to power a home, most significantly, mine. I know this thread is very old and I really would like some way to actually generate free electricity so I can go off grid. Is it a scam or not?
