claims to have succeeded in building a working and more efficient model of the Swiss Testatika Machine.

I have heard your company sells heat generators that work with very high efficiency.
On your website (http://akoil.ru/en/products/) it is claimed that
the Vortex Heat Generator has an higher thermal energy output than electrical input.
Where does this additional energy come from?
Is it extracted from the surrounding medium e.g. air
or is there another energy source that this generator uses ?
 
The machine is called the "vortex" heat generator.
Does this relate to Viktor Schauberger and his vortex-technology ?
 
If the generator has lets say an COP (coefficient of power) of 5,
which means you put in 1kWh of electrical energy and you get 5kWh of thermal energy out.
Would it be possible to use an steam engine to
produce electricity and finally get back more than you put in VHT ?

Dear Mr. ?,

Thank you very much for your interest to our company. We
have on the manufacture vortex heat generators with the
efficiency more than 1. So, you know, it is unknown exactly
from where the additional energy comes. No scientist can
explain this fact. There are several theories on torsion
fields and others.
The heating pump has also the COP more than 5. The next
year our company will be able to produce VHG with the
unlimited efficiency (Testatica principle). There is no
need for any steam. Such technologies are out of date.

Do you mean the Testatica machine of the Methernitha community in
Switzerland ?
Will your machine have moving parts ? Has it an electrical or thermal ouput
?

I want to use your technology for heating my house during the winter and if
possible to produce my own electricity. Is this possible with the VHG you
are planning ?
How much will such a device cost ?

Testatica principle is the same as in Switzerland, but is
improved several times. There are movable parts. It will
produce both electric and heat energy. The heat energy will
be produced with the help of VHG.

As far as I know the Swiss Testatica machines convert ambient heat from the
surrounding air into usable electricity. This has been discussed on the
internet several times (e.g.
http://www.overunity.com/index.php/topic,71.0.html)
I suppose you have already working Testatica prototypes.....right ? It
should be possible to measure a temperature drop between the rotating disks
and the "connectors" (->plasma zone) if this theory is correct. Maybe you
can tell me if this is true.

How much electrical output power can your Testatica machines deliver when
they are  finished ?

Allow me just two last questions:

- How much will the smallest of those Testatica machines cost and when are
they available ?

- As you probably know there have been a lot of claims concerning "free
energy" machines and their mass production during the last years. For
   example the MEG by Tom Bearden (2002) or the Watercar by Daniel Dingel.
All the promises they made turned out to be due to false measurements and
could    not be reproduced.
   I do not believe in all those conspiracy theories on the web where
corrupt governments, industry,..etc. are blamed for the little progress in
free energy technology.
   My simple question is: Why should I believe your technology really works,
while so many others who also claimed overunity effects turned out to be
swindlers.
   If there was one of your systems operating in Germany, Switzerland or
France I could go there and get the evidence by myself....

We don’t try to prove anything to anybody. If you
don’t believe in this, you can go to the Switzerland
and look the working electric power station. So we produced
the prototype of this electric power station but we
improved it and did its size smaller. If you have an exact
offer, we can consider it. But if you want to take a debate
about what is possible what is impossible then it
isn’t our case.           
We are the company which produces not only energy-saving
equipment but we also invest the money in the perspective
projects (about 12 projects). These technologies will shock
the world in one-two years with their originality because
we are working with the best prominent scientists of
Russia.

I never said free energy machines are impossible. I just think it is strange
that these technologies though available since Tesla and Moray haven?t been mass
produced yet.

Like I said earlier I want to produce my own electricity to get independent
of the power grid.

When your Testatica machines are ready for this purpose and you can sell
them to Germany you can inform me immediately.

stations in the nearest future. And we are going to sell
them all over the world. Now Italians want to invest us.
And they will be able to buy them with very big discount.

It seems that who ever has a working FE machine first wants to secure his rights collect money and start mass production. Maybe this is what prevents us from a breakthrough. We become so greedy for money when the machine finally works that we forget our ideals completely.
