Looks like Newman´s motor wheres double/crossed windings and opto or hall sensors and electronic commutators instead of  "carbon-spark-fusion brushes" 8)
Very wearying to pay close attention of all three parts - anyone did?  :-\
Major question - does it run without battery? No? >:(
OK - then I have tens times smaller motors, I hope we all have or have seen, what uses like the amperage/voltage to spin like the same wheel or vane or fan blade ... 20V and 0.4A ... :o
Wheres wonder ??? ::)
