Hi Grum,

In the green box video 2, the  scene below was panned to by the camera man three times. It shows what looks like a power pole. Do you have any idea how a domestic local supply is taken off this pole?

Dear Hoppy.

On the few occasions I have been abroad for holidays it always made me smile to see the rather makeshift way electricity was distributed !!  ;D

Returning to your photo, without seeing the connection to the top of the pole I would say that was a bunched conductor LV (240 V ac) going down to a pair of electricity meter boxes. The cable seems a little too thick to be a HV single line !!

I am sorry to be so unclear but the top connection would tell a much better tale !!

Cheers Grum.

Thanks Grum. From another shot, I can just about see another aerial cable coming off the top of the pole, so a couple of meters looks right.

This explains to me why TK was reluctant to demo the Aqua2 device during stormy weather - because of the chance of lightning strike on his domestic supply cable.

I would have more concern for the Guy with the cable up his trousers !!  ;D ;D ;D

how TK start his inverter in Green box video? in 2004 video he first have to plug in and then inverter will start.
someone showed on this thread foto of inside this inverter but i cant find it.

Sorry for the Wrong plecement here !! However !!!!
We all need a good chuckle now an then !!!
Here is a story from Sterling Allen  (PSEN Network) about ….
Dr. Umberto Stranieri has provided us with 26 photos and a video of their (presumably) 7.5 kW E-Mag being assembled as they prepare for larger production lines.

Dear Acca.

Thanks for the link.

Single thought provoking question ??

Does anyone see the reasoning behind driving the device with an Hydraulic motor ?? I have worked alongside many surface grinders in my time the noise becomes unbearable after a while.

So there must be a REALLY good reason for using this form of drive ??   ???

Cheers Grum.

Hallo all,  Mainly a question for Andy King21, but anyone else can help out.  The first coil arrangement on my version of Tariel's setup was mainly done by a guy I had to help out.   I don't want to take it apart or mess with it at all, with the hopes that it doesn't stop working.  I am making a new coil for my new CDI that I bought and I am trying to use Coax Cable.  I have the shielded type, but can also go and buy the unshielded coax if this won't work to good.  If you know what type Kapanadze used it would be very helpful.   I also need help in finding the best way to find the right way of finding the resonant point in using coax cable.  Since there are different types of resonance which I need current resonance.  Is there a different way of finding resonance when using Coax cable, either shielded or unshielded?  Also would the natural resistance and capacitance of the coax cable make cause for finding the resonant point of the coax cable different than finding it when using regular copper tubing and/or wire???

Also I think You guys are on the right track with coil shorting...  I think that pancake coils are a great plus when you  make Impulse currents/Surge currents/switching surges...  ect...

PS..  I am not 100% sure on this, but when finding the resonant frequency of the resonant LC circuit different when using impulse frequency instead of AC Frequency??

Look what Tesla is doing here he's shorting the bifilar wound secondary using a rotary spark gap.
Tesla also used two transformer's not directly connected but through capacitors, the load is not reflected back to the prime mover.
We can build this  ;)
The energy in the first transformer is being conserved, no current actually passes to the second transformer the second transformer's primary is just being excited, but no induction or current transfer is taking place.

What did Tesla say "The future is mine" if you want to hide something you hide it in plain sight.
The oil pumping system is a nice distraction and was probably needed using iron transformers, imagine what he would have done with ferrite.

There is no "bi-filar" coil in that patent that I can see, the spark gap is connected in parallel with the Secondary S.

I think what that Patent http://www.google.com/patents/US514168 is all about is he is showing an arrangement capable of continuous operation due to (active cooling), so as to reliably produce the very high frequencies and power required in some of his other patents.
Which he names in that patent, namely these - http://www.google.com/patents/US454622 - http://www.google.com/patents/US462418

Lines 93 to 100 Page 1 of the patent.

Quote
Under the
conditions assumed it will be understood that
by the oscillation or change caused by the action
of the discharge, the condenser is charged
and discharged setting up in the primary P’
an electrical disturbance of enormous frequency,
as has been explained in my patent
referred to, and as is now well understood.

Lines 10 to 21, page one of the patent, near the beginning.

Quote
The invention, subject of my present application,
is an improvement applicable more
especially to the method or system of gener
ating and utilizing electrical energy, hereto
fore discovered by me, and more fully set
forth in vLetters Patent No. 454:,622, of June
23, 1891, and No. 462,418, of November 3, 1891,
and which involves the maintenance of an in
termittent or oscillatory discharge of a con
denser or circuit of suitable capacity into a
working circuit containing translating de
vices.

The cooling oil system itself is using power from a separate source.

There is no "bi-filar" coil in that patent that I can see, the spark gap is connected in parallel with the Secondary S.

There is also no spark gap. F is simply a rotary switch driven by oil (in the absence of transistors or tubes).

The connection of the coil S is drawn in the same strange two-wire way like the coils in that Kapanadze patent.

Now if we wind a coil with coaxial cable then how to depict this coil graphically in a schematic? What would be the symbol for that?

If the coil S would be a coaxial cable then the inner conductor would be connected to the two capacitors (acting as an ordinary secondary coil) and the shielding would be connected to the rotary switch. Hence what could happen when that shielding is short-circuited with high frequency?

Since »G represents an electric generator, as for instance, an ordinary alternator« there would be high voltage with low frequency in the secondary coils S. The capacitors will not conduct that low frequency but only the high frequency generated by shorting the shielding-coil S.

Conclusion: Some unexpected things could happen. :)

Hint: P and S is not immersed in oil, so obviously no cooling is needed on the input side but on the output side.

Guys,

The above is simply a Fisher & Pykel washing machine motor and their hydro drive reminds me so much of the
guy that demos running a light bulb from the water pump used to turn a wheel connected to a generator. That video has been posted
several times on this forum.

I must say, there has to be something in COMPRESSING fluid !

Regards, Penno
